I prefer working out at home, rather than at the gym, with the help of a good fitness DVD. I have tried lots in the past but they were either too complicated and hard-to-follow or too intense for a beginner. As a result, I always stopped working out after less than two weeks. Then, I stumbled upon Leslie Sansone Walk At Home DVDs. As the name says, you’re practically walking your way to a healthy and toned body. Leslie introduces us to four basic steps that will be repeated throughout the work out and there are also moves to include the arms and core into it so you’re exercising every muscle. Even if you’re not in shape and haven’t exercised in a while, you’ll easily be able to complete the work out without feeling too exhausted as it is quite gentle. Yet, it is very effective and helps you to get toned and lose weight. Seasoned exercisers may find her workout too simple and boring, but for beginners this is perfect. If you plan to start working out with a good fitness DVD, I highly recommend Leslie Sansone Walk At Home DVDs.

I should definitely start working out myself. So many people recommend Tracy Anderson so I must definitely check her out. Why oh why I am so lazy?! 🙂
Marina, I’m lazy too! But Leslie Sansone’s DVDs have helped me starting exercising a lot as her workouts are so gentle and simple yet effective, which is just what a lazy beginner needs. 🙂 I haven’t tried Tracy Anderson’s DVDs yet but I plan to once I’m fitter.
