Name: Aquasource Non Stop
From Biotherm’s website:
Intense moisturizing, this fresh-textured gel is enriched with a patented hydrating complex to provide a reservoir effect on skin. Our pure concentrate of mineral-rich Thermal Spring Water revitalizes skin and improves skin texture with the equivalent of 5,000 liters of enriched water in each jar. Contains Vitamins E and F to promote cell regeneration. Skin is instantly refreshed and hydrated, supple and silky soft, perfectly revitalized throughout the day.
What I liked:
– light texture
– not greasy
– very hydrating
– makes skin soft and smooth
What I didn’t like:
– no SPF
– stings when applied
– contains alcohol
Biotherm Aquasource Non Stop Moisturizer is available in two versions. One for dry skin and the other, the one I have, for normal/combination skin. Its texture is very light, like a gel, and works well underneath foundation or tinted moisturizer and is perfect for these hot summer months.
However, it stings a bit when you apply it. This could be due to the high alcohol content. Alcohol Denat, which is used in skincare to thin formulas and enhance the penetration of ingredients into the skin, can be drying and irritating.
The moisturizer, which sinks in quickly, feels refreshing on my skin and is hydrating enough for combination skin, leaving it soft and smooth. This is also thanks to glycerin, an humectant which draws moisture from the environment into the skin. Unfortunately, after a few hours, my t-zone was shiny again. But at least, the cream didn’t cause any breakouts.

Overall, Biotherm Aquasource Non Stop Moisturizer is average. It does hydrate the skin, leaving it soft and refreshed. However, my t-zone was shiny after a few hours and the formula contains alcohol and no SPF.
