What it is
Xanthan Gum is a powder, cream in color, derived from the fermentation of corn sugar.

What it does
Xanthan Gum is used to prevent the oil and liquidy parts fn products from separating. It also holds together the ingredients of pressed powder products and functions as a thickening agent.
In addition, it acts as a lubricant, which means it gives skin a smooth and soft appearance.

Side effects
Xanthan Gum is generally considered to be safe.
