Is Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate comedogenic? It is a common ingredient in many face wash products.

Is sodium cocoyl glutamate related to msg? I thought I finally found a shampoo that I possibly could tolerate and I see one of the ingredients is sodium cocoyl glutamate. I am highly allergic to msg so want to be sure there is no relation to the two before I purchase and try the shampoo. thank you.
