I think I’ve seen this one a lot but a lot of ingredients have similar roots and a whole bunch of different prefixes and other terms!

Janessa, it can be quite confusing when they have similar names, can’t it? That’s one of the reasons why I created the dictionary page at the top of the blog, so that we all can check it out when in doubt. I know I do lol. 🙂
