I love all these so much! 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 13 are my faves.
I celebrate my body by eating right, most importantly, and taking care of my skin and doing my makeup (because it makes me feel extra pretty and unstoppable).

I would add: challenge your physical capabilities. Your body is amazing and be grateful for how powerful and purposeful it is by testing your limits.

Janessa, that’s a great tip! We’re always so focused on what our body isn’t (not tall enough, not thin enough, not curvy enough etc) that we forget all the amazing things it lets us do. We should definitely celebrate that.
