Part of the White Tea Luxury Collection, Scruples White Tea Magical Serum is basically a luxurious leave-in conditioner. White in color, it has a just right, not-too-thick-not-too-runny consistency that spreads easily on the hair, leaving hair manageable and looking beautiful.
The serum can be used on both wet and dry hair and works equally well in both ways, although you’d need to apply a bit more product when used on dry hair. Either way, once you apply a small amount, your locks will be silky soft to the touch, shiny and easy to style. And the serum doesn’t make them neither look nor feel greasy. Yay!
And if you apply the serum before blowdrying or using any other styling tools, the blend of silicones in it will protect your hair from their damaging heat, preventing them from becoming dry and brittle.
Also, my hair is oily and gets dirty pretty soon so I usually wash my hair every other day, which is very annoying but necessary. However, sometimes I just don’t have the time to do it. But since I’ve started using the serum I don’t have to worry about that and can go one more day without washing my hair. That’s because the serum leaves hair so soft, looking clean and in such good condition that, even though my hair feels a bit dirty, you would never know that by looking at it.
And did I mention the wonderful smell? It smells fresh and natural and like, you guessed it, white tea. It is not overpowering, but still it stays on hair for ages and I got a lot of compliments about how good my hair smells. 🙂
The only caveat is the price. $20.00 (although you can find it online for $15.00) is on the pricey side for a leave-in conditioner, but if you don’t mind spending a bit more for your haircare products, it’s worth a go. In fact, the serum does exactly what it promises and the big tube contains 150ml of products, so that it will last a long while.
Overall, I love Scruples White Tea Magical Serum. It’s a leave-in conditioner that leaves my hair super soft, shiny and manageable without the greasy factor. When you use styling tools, it also protects hair from the heat. And it smells wonderful too. However, it is pricey.
