Gone are the days when sheet masks made you look like a serial killer.
These days, you’re more likely to look like a panda.
How fun is that? Although… I still lock myself in the bathroom when I want to use one. I don’t think I’m ready for Mr BWB to see my panda face. 🙂
This cute sheet mask is Look Beauty Pretty Animalz Panda Calming Sheet Mask. They also make another one that looks like a tiger. I guess it brings out your inner roar.
I prefer pandas to tigers (sorry, tigers!), so that’s what I got. Pandas are placid and calm creatures so it makes sense their sheet mask is supposed to soothe irritations.
It does this fairly well. It has panthenol and propolis, with a dash of allantoin and green tea. That’s all stuff that calms down irritations and reduces redness.
But where this sheet mask shines is in the hydrating department. The essence it’s soaked in infuses a big dollop of moisture into my skin. When I take it off 15 minutes later, my skin looks much smoother than before.
My face is all plumped up so my fine lines don’t look as obvious. My skin is soft as a baby’s. And my whole complexion has a dewy glow. These, my friends, are all the benefits of hydrated skin.
Plus, the sheet mask is pretty soft and stays put. Not like those annoying sheet masks that keep sliding off all the time. I just wish it had bigger cut outs for the eyes. And my eyes are pretty small!
Apart from that, no complaints. Sheet masks are supposed to be a quick (and temporary) fix for your skin. This does the trick. And makes it so fun, too!
Be honest: you wanna turn into a panda, too, now, don’t you?
